Features

One Unified Event Console
Smart-1 SmartEvent appliances provide centralized event correlation and management for all Check Point products as well as third-party devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, operating systems, mail servers, Web servers, intrusion detection systems and antivirus applications. This enables you to analyze and correlate events across security domains in a single console. Smart-1 SmartEvent appliances also provide a single interface to achieve unified compliance and reporting.

360° Visibility and Actionable Security
Smart-1 SmartEvent appliances provide several real-time views to help you quickly grasp your security situation and act based on what you see. The timeline view allows you to graphically group important queries together according to a specific time interval enabling you to see trends and the propagation of attacks. The charts view provides a graphical display of event statistics in either a pie chart or a bar graph format. The maps view allows you to view the source and destination countries for the active query on an interactive world map. Countries are color coded to indicate levels of event activity. From any view, you can drill into any segment of a chart or map or a time wheel on a timeline to display a list of those events. From the event list, two more clicks will bring you to the forensic packet capture.

The Smart-1 SmartEvent appliances enable you to identify security events through several real-time views that include timelines, charts and maps. These views help you quickly analyze and understand your security situation and act based on what you have seen to deal with the security issues. You can stop attacks straight from the event screen by adding protections on the fly or by blocking malicious traffic from specific countries.
