    Log into your User Center account, and select Pricing Tools -> Support Quote Tool. Then contact your local CCSP partner to request a quote for first-line support, SLA commitments, and purchasing. You must have a first-line support contract from your local CCSP to purchase Collaborative Enterprise Support. Check Point provides backline support to you through your CCSP partner.
